BYBW Tuna Fish Salad

BYBW Tuna Fish Salad (Serves 2):

INGREDIENTS:

1 can of tuna, in water (I prefer Safe Catch Tuna)

1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard

1 tbsp. Primal Kitchen Chipotle Lime or Regular Mayo

1/2 Avocado

1 tbsp. Sauerkraut (I love the brand Wildbrine) 

Dash of Sea Salt & Pepper

6 Romaine Lettuce Leaves, Chopped

**Feel free to add veggies of your liking (example, bell peppers) 

DIRECTIONS:

Mix tuna, dijon mustard and mayo in a bowl. Take the avocado and smash it into the tuna and other ingredients. 

Add the sauerkraut, sea salt and pepper and mix together. Place on top of romaine lettuce and enjoy with a some flax crackers. I love Mary's Gone Crackers Flax Crackers
